This completed form and deposit are required for all reservations more than 10 guests.

- All guests must be present before the party will be seated.
- No Separate Checks. 20% Gratuity will be added.
- Credit card number is required at time of booking.
- If the reservation is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance, no charges apply.
- If the reservation is cancelled inside 48 hours, a fee of $200.00 will be charged.
- In the event of a “no-show” a fee of $500.00 will be charged. Parties arriving more that 30 minutes late will be considered a “no-show” and if necessary the tables made available for other guests.
- Should the number of guests need to be changed; please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Unless arranged within the 24 hour window, a fee of $20 per no-show guest will be charged.
- Cancellations must be confirmed by a member of management, answering machine messages are not acceptable.
