Any place with a Wall of Wine has "great wine bar" written all over it. Inside this upscale downtown eatery, walls of wine racks double as partitions separating tables. Circa, the latest restaurant conception by John Bragg, boasts over 100 wine selections, over 40 of which are offered by the glass and in two-ounce "tasting flights."
